Victor Kowakowski is a renowned animal painter.
Consumed with a passion for nature which he expresses in beautiful India ink and watercolor paintings of fish, birds and insects. He is an avid fly-fisherman; a skill requiring respect and love for the natural world. To him it is a form of meditation in which the act itself is of mere secondary importance.
Victor is one of the world’s finest animal artists and participated in the inventory of French wildlife for the Natural History Museum, sketching several hundred species of fish.
His illustrations have regularly appeared in fishing magazines and his work has brought him both national and international acclaim.
